RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• How do I return the product I purchased?
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, you can return it within 14 days. Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings, vases or any other ceramic and crock items.
To start the return process, all you have to do is send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please write “return request” in the subject, please indicate your order number, reason for return and current information of your preferred communication channel. Our customer service will contact you regarding the return process within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on holidays. Please note that times may vary by country.
• Return & Exchange Process
– You should safely package and ship the products you want to return or change in their original packaging, undamaged, unlabeled and unused. The shipping costs of all products you send to EKRIA with a return request belong to you.
– In the return shipment of sensitive products, you need to protect the packaging of the products (styrofoam, balloon nylon, parcel) in the same way and protect them. The customer is responsible for cargo damage caused by your missing packaging.
– After checking the condition of the products you have returned, we will inform you about the return process via email. The amount is refunded to the bank from which you paid within 10 working days after the confirmation mail is received. Please note that times may vary by country.
– If it is not suitable for return conditions; The related product will be sent back to your address free of charge.
• If the product I received is damaged
If the product you bought is damaged or defective, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write “Damaged Product” in the subject. You can be sure that we will help you by contacting you as soon as possible.
• The order I received is different with the products I receive.
In this case, it is enough to send an e-mail to email@example.com by writing “Faulty product” to the subject and specify your preferred communication channel. Our customer service will inform you as soon as possible.
• Important information:
– You should safely pack and ship the products you want to exchange in their original packaging, undamaged, unlabeled and unused.
– The return shipment of the products to be broken, you must protect the packaging materials (styrofoam, bubble nylon, parcel) on the products you receive and package them in the same way. For this reason, the responsibility for damage to the cargo belongs to the customer.
– After checking the compatibility of your product with the conditions of change, the status of the return will be sent to you by email.
– If it is not suitable for change conditions; The related product will be sent back to your address free of charge.
